OUR STORY AND FUTURE
The Acumen International College is one of the most highly respected and recognized education service providers in Myanmar. They have several education institutions functioning successfully in the corporate hub of Yangon. The ideal location in the centre of the picturesque city helps to provide the students with a holistic learning experience, engrained with the rich Burmese cultural heritage, offering an International educational experience to students aspiring to pursue a foreign degree programme.
The Acumen International College came into being in early 2021, it was established to provide high quality education and training to students from School to University level. The group consists of Schools, Academies of higher education, College and University.
The group, through its several entities, has forged strong licensed partnerships with different UK based education & certification providers. It exists to create multiple study abroad opportunities for the Burmese youth to be able to transition to top Universities in UK, Australia, Canada & USA and other countries.
Further learning opportunities are provided by the well-established Acumen International College. The youth of Myanmar have different pathways to choose, from pre IGCSE, to IGCSE, Intensive IGCSE preparation, progressing to higher level foundations courses and further to university. Being a registered UCAS center the guidance for admissions and progression to UK Universities is easier for our students.
The programme offers pre IGCSE, IGCSE and also Intensive IGCSE to the students and helps them to complete their examination with the Pearson authorisation at the college itself.
The students further have the option of starting the international level foundation programme affiliated to their desire pathways-namely Business & Economics, Engineering,law,Science & Humanities for the International foundation year programme. The Acumen International College is a pioneer to offer certified British programmes in Yangon and open the door to an international future for their students.
Our International advisory boards help and support for the curriculum development and also guide our teachers in their delivery and monitor the quality assurance from their end.
The education group has a long-term commitment to work with renowned certification p artners like Pearson Edexcel and others to offer a wide variety of learning platforms to the students. The students are focused on getting their required certification and completing Foundation courses to further take admissions in the Best UK Universities or Universities of their choice from countries across the globe.
